🌿 About Ro’Linder Taylor, LCSW-S, LCPAA, LCDC

Therapist. Advocate. Healer. Consultant. A Heart for People & a Calling to Serve.
From a young age, I knew I was called to help people find their voice, their strength, and their sense of belonging in the world. As an African American woman navigating my own journey, I learned early on how powerful representation, understanding, and cultural connection can be—especially when someone is struggling, hurting, or trying to make sense of life’s challenges.
That truth has shaped every part of my career.
I am known for my warm, empathetic approach and the way I create spaces where people feel truly safe to let their guard down. My work is grounded in cultural humility, human connection, and a deep belief that healing is possible when people feel seen and supported. Whether I am sitting with a child, a parent, a family, or an adult trying to reclaim their peace, I bring both compassion and clarity to the room.
My therapeutic style is active and direct—not harsh, never judgmental, but purposeful. I walk alongside my clients, helping them make sense of their emotions, challenge old patterns, build coping skills, and discover the parts of themselves that are strong, resilient, and deserving of joy.
I use an integrative approach rooted in evidence-based practices, tailored to each person’s unique needs. Over the years, I have helped individuals navigate:
- Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
- Trauma and grief
- Substance use concerns
- Relationship and attachment challenges
- Identity and life transitions
Every client’s story matters, and I consider it a privilege to hold space for their healing.
