Just Wright Therapeutic Solutions was born out of a personal calling—a desire to create a place where people feel deeply understood, respected, and supported as they navigate some of the most challenging seasons of their lives. For me, this work has never been just a career. It is heart work. It is purpose work. It is legacy work.
As an African American therapist, I know how powerful it is to sit with someone who sees you fully—your story, your culture, your pain, your strength, and your resilience. I created Just Wright Therapeutic Solutions to be that space: warm, grounding, affirming, and real. A space where clients feel safe enough to unpack their struggles and strong enough to build something new.
I am someone who shows up—with compassion, cultural awareness, honesty, and unwavering presence—because healing is not a path you should walk alone.
💛 Where My Story Meets My Purpose
For years, I have worked with children, teens, adults, caregivers, and families who carry the invisible weight of trauma, loss, instability, stigma, and generational patterns. My journey has taken me into foster homes, courtrooms, treatment centers, schools, community programs, and countless living rooms where life felt uncertain and hope felt out of reach.
I’ve also had the privilege of supporting LGBTQ+ individuals—including those who are exploring their identity, coming out, or transitioning. Many carry additional layers of stress, stigma, and emotional labor, and I am committed to providing a space where they feel affirmed, respected, and supported in their journey.
I’ve supported people navigating:
- Childhood and generational trauma
- Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
- Substance use, addiction, and recovery
- Involvement with the criminal justice system
- Systemic barriers and identity challenges
- Foster care, adoption, and CPS involvement
- Attachment wounds and family conflict
- Major life transitions and emotional overwhelm
